Коротко: Uplify Ads Assistant читає дані вашого акаунта Google Ads, щоб показати вам аудит цього акаунта. Поточна версія нічого не змінює у вашому акаунті. Ми не продаємо ваші дані і не використовуємо їх для реклами. Ви можете будь-коли відключити доступ і повністю видалити свої дані в кабінеті (з підтвердженням пароля).

1. Які дані ми отримуємо

• Дані акаунта Google Ads (через Google Ads API, дозвіл https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords): кампанії, групи оголошень, ключові слова та пошукові запити, бюджети, статистика конверсій, плейсменти, географічні налаштування, метадані обʼєктів (asset groups), агреговані показники ефективності (витрати, кліки, покази, конверсії). Доступ — лише читання: поточна версія не виконує жодних змін.
• Облікові дані: email, хеш пароля (bcrypt), назва компанії (за бажанням).
• OAuth-токен доступу Google — зберігається лише у зашифрованому вигляді (шифрування на рівні застосунку, окремий ключ).
• Технічні журнали роботи сервісу (події входу, синхронізації, помилки).

Ми не отримуємо: вміст вашої пошти чи документів, платіжні дані вашого акаунта Google, паролі Google.

2. Як ми використовуємо дані

• Формуємо знімок акаунта та детермінований аудит — перелік знахідок, який бачите лише ви.
• Для короткого текстового резюме аудиту ми можемо передавати мінімізовані, агреговані результати (заголовки знахідок і зведені показники — без пошукових запитів, URL і назв кампаній) провайдеру мовних моделей Anthropic. За умовами провайдера ці дані не використовуються для навчання моделей і зберігаються обмежений час згідно з його політикою.
• Надсилаємо службові листи (підтвердження email, відновлення пароля).

Ми не продаємо дані, не передаємо їх третім особам для реклами і не поєднуємо з даними інших користувачів.

3. Відповідність політиці Google

Використання та передавання інформації, отриманої від Google API, відповідає Google API Services User Data Policy, включно з вимогами Limited Use: дані з Google Ads використовуються виключно для надання видимих вам функцій аудиту, не передаються третім особам (крім наведених вище субпідрядників обробки), не продаються і не використовуються для реклами чи навчання узагальнених моделей.

4. Де зберігаються дані

На серверах у Європейському Союзі (Hetzner, Німеччина). Субпідрядники обробки: Hetzner Online GmbH (хостинг), Anthropic PBC (обробка мінімізованих даних для резюме), Google LLC (доставка службових листів).

5. Строк зберігання та видалення

• Відключення акаунта Google Ads у кабінеті — ми надсилаємо Google запит на відкликання токена, у будь-якому разі відкликаємо доступ на нашому боці та припиняємо синхронізацію.
• Видалення акаунта («Акаунт → Видалити акаунт і всі дані») — негайне і безповоротне видалення ваших продуктових даних у базі застосунку: знімків, аудитів, токенів і журналів акаунта. Окремі операційні журнали безпеки сервісу можуть зберігатися обмежений час.
• Ті самі дії можна запросити листом на hello@uplify.agency — виконуємо протягом 30 днів.

Ви маєте право на доступ до своїх даних, їх виправлення, видалення та заперечення проти обробки. Звертайтесь: hello@uplify.agency.

Privacy Policy

In short: Uplify Ads Assistant reads your Google Ads account data to show you an audit of that account. The current version makes no changes to your account. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. You can disconnect access and permanently delete your data at any time from the cabinet (password-confirmed).

1. Data we receive

• Google Ads account data (via the Google Ads API, scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords): campaigns, ad groups, keywords and search terms, budgets, conversion statistics, placements, geographic settings, asset-group metadata, and aggregated performance metrics (cost, clicks, impressions, conversions). Access is read-only: the current version performs no mutations.
• Account credentials: email, password hash (bcrypt), optional company name.
• Google OAuth refresh token — stored encrypted at the application level with a dedicated key.
• Technical logs (sign-ins, synchronizations, errors).

We do not receive: your email or document contents, your Google payment details, or your Google password.

2. How we use the data

• We build an account snapshot and a deterministic audit — a list of findings visible only to you.
• To generate a short text summary we may send minimized, aggregated audit results (finding titles and aggregate metrics — never search terms, URLs, or campaign names) to the language-model provider Anthropic. Under the provider's terms this data is not used for model training and is retained for a limited period according to its policy.
• We send transactional emails (email verification, password reset).

We do not sell data, share it with third parties for advertising, or combine it across users.

3. Google policy compliance

Uplify Ads Assistant's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements: Google Ads data is used solely to provide user-facing audit features, is not transferred to third parties (except the processors listed above), is not sold, and is not used for advertising or for training generalized models.

4. Where data is stored

On servers in the European Union (Hetzner, Germany). Processors: Hetzner Online GmbH (hosting), Anthropic PBC (minimized data for summaries), Google LLC (transactional email delivery).

5. Retention and deletion

• Disconnecting the Google Ads account in the cabinet sends a token-revocation request to Google, always revokes access on our side, and stops synchronization.
• Deleting your account (Account → Delete account and all data) immediately and irreversibly erases your product data in the application database: snapshots, audits, tokens, and account logs. Separate operational security logs of the service may be retained for a limited period.
• The same can be requested by email at hello@uplify.agency — fulfilled within 30 days.

6. Your rights

You may access, correct, delete, or object to the processing of your data. Contact: hello@uplify.agency.
